State Railroad Museum is located off Interstate 5 at the north end of Old Sacramento State Historic Park. Historic trains and railroad industry artifacts are on display. Train rides follow the beautiful Sacramento River.
State Capitol is located off Interstate 5 in downtown Sacramento. Tours of the Capitol are led daily on the hour except on major holidays. Grounds include 40 acres of park which contains gardens and memorials to important Californian figures and veterans of war.
